Vitabu 49 Nilivyovisoma Mwaka 2016

Namshukuru Mungu nimeweza kusoma vitabu 49 kwa mwaka 2016. Nimejifunza mengi. Kusoma ni kama kupata nafasi ya kufanya mazungumzo na watu wa kila namna ya uelewa ambao kwa hali ya kawaida usingeweza kuwasikia vijiweni. 

Msisitizo wangu umekuwa kwenye vitabu vinavyochambua tabia katika maeneo mbalimbali ya maisha. Hata hivyo, vipo vichache vya masuala ya imani, falsafa na dini. Sijawa msomaji wa riwaya/novel.

Nikutie moyo wewe mwenye ratiba ngumu kwa siku. Unaweza kufanya maamuzi ya kusoma ikiwa utaamua kuweka ratiba yako vizuri. Nijitolee mfano mimi mwenyewe.
Mbali na majukumu ya mwajiri wangu, nimekuwa nikiandika makala zipatazo nne za magazeti kila wiki. Kuandika kunahitaji muda.

Lakini pia nimekuwa nikifanya kazi za ushauri elekezi katika maeneo yangu ya kitaaluma ikiwa ni pamoja na kutoa huduma za kuhariri tasnifu za wanafunzi wa Shahada za Uzamili/Umahiri. Si mchezo. Inabidi kusoma machapicho mengi na kupata muda wa kuwa mwenyewe. Lakini pamoja na hayo yote, nimeweza kujitahidi kuhakikisha ninasoma. 

Ujumbe wangu kwako ni kukuhimiza kujenga utamaduni wa kusoma. Hakuna anayezaliwa akipenda kusoma. Tunajifunza. Hata hivyo, tunatambua changamoto ya upatikanaji na gharama za vitabu. Ikiwa tunafahamiana kibinfasi na unahitaji kuazimwa kitabu, karibu tuone tunachoweza kufanya.
